EU/EEA Consumer Withdrawal Notice and Model Form
Effective date: 31 August 2026
This notice is intended for consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area who purchase a paid credit package or digital service from AG PLUS LLC through solidframe.io. It does not reduce any stronger mandatory right available under national law.
1. Seller

Solidframe Technologies OÜ supplies and operates the technical platform but is not the seller of the paid package.
2. Right of withdrawal
Subject to the exceptions below, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the online contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To meet the deadline, send an unequivocal withdrawal statement before the 14-day period expires.

3. Immediate digital performance
Credits are normally allocated immediately after successful payment so that you can begin using the digital service without waiting 14 days.
Before immediate supply to an EU/EEA consumer, checkout should obtain a separate affirmative acknowledgement substantially as follows:
> I expressly request immediate delivery of the digital credits and immediate performance of the digital service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. I acknowledge that, once supply or performance begins at my request, I may lose my statutory right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The acknowledgement must not be pre-ticked or bundled only into general acceptance of the Terms. The purchase confirmation should record and confirm the consent.
If all credits remain unused and no digital performance has begun, AG PLUS will normally honour a withdrawal request received within 14 days. If performance began without the legally required express request or acknowledgement, your mandatory rights remain unaffected.
4. Effects of withdrawal
Where withdrawal is valid, AG PLUS will reimburse payments due under applicable law without undue delay and normally no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. Reimbursement will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and will not carry a fee imposed by AG PLUS.
Where the law permits a proportionate charge for a service already supplied at your express request, AG PLUS may deduct that lawful amount. No deduction will be made where the legal requirements for immediate performance were not satisfied.
5. Defective or non-conforming service
Withdrawal rights are separate from remedies for credits or digital services that are not delivered, defective or non-conforming. Contact info@4teen.me under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Language
This notice is issued in English. A Russian translation may be provided for convenience. If the translations differ, the English version prevails, subject to mandatory consumer law.
