AG PLUS sells paid access, credit packages and related digital services in its own name. It receives customer payments, issues purchase confirmations, maintains billing records, handles payment claims and processes approved refunds.

Solidframe owns and operates the technical platform, including accounts, projects, media processing, editing, generation, platform security and second-line technical support. Solidframe is not the contractual seller or merchant of record for paid packages purchased through solidframe.io.

If a request concerns both companies, contact either address. It will be routed to the responsible company without requiring you to identify the legal role in advance.
4. Card statement and payment provider
AG PLUS’s banking and acquiring payment partner is Joint-stock commercial bank “Kapitalbank” (“Kapitalbank” JSCB), Uzbekistan. A separate gateway, wallet or card-network participant may also be identified at checkout. Checkout must show the expected card-statement descriptor before payment; the descriptor should clearly refer to AG PLUS and/or SolidFrame so the charge can be recognised. Do not send complete card details to either support email.
5. Relationship between the companies
AG PLUS and Solidframe are independent companies operating under a reseller and technology-supply arrangement. AG PLUS contracts with paying end customers in its own name. Neither company may bind the other outside its disclosed role, and the relationship is not presented to customers as an agency, partnership or joint venture.
6. Language
This notice is issued in English. A Russian translation may be provided for convenience. If the translations differ, the English version prevails, subject to mandatory law.
